Colorado Court Services, LLC. takes great pride in our skip trace abilities. Unlike our competition, we use TOP OF THE LINE online databases to locate information on your defendants or witnesses. Some law firms may use 1 or 2 of these types of programs, however we spend hundreds of dollars a month on our 10 online deatabases. We also use the following to locate your hard to find defendants and witnesses not to mention assets for post judgment collections. We charge a third that the competition does because we do ALLOT of skip traces and we have solid agreements with our data providers. Below are some of the searches we perform on your subjects.
1) Statewide criminal background checks 2) SSN verification 3) Utility checks 4) Drivers License check 5) Vehicle registrations 6) Civil judgment checks 7) U.S. Postal service address verification check. (In most cases these are submitted by hand or in writting to verify our results)
We also utilize trap lines to verify our findings. We will only provide skip traces for attorneys, and individuals that prove they have a valid court case pending. If we can not validate your legal request, we will NOT provide the results of the search. Privacy is very important and we will not put ourselves in a position of liability, this is why we are very firm on our policies regarding skip traces.
