Same Day Rush Service:   Includes 2 attempts made the same day of receipt and additional 4 attempts over a 3 day period. 

Registered Agent Service: We offer large discounts off of our already competitive prices for service of CT-Corp (The Corporation Company) CSC- (Corporation Service Company also known as Prentice Hall)  These serves are completed every Mon-Wed-Fri morning at no additional charge. You must have an online account to receive the special discounted rates.

Multiple Defendant Service: Our online clients enjoy special discounts for more than one serve at a given address.  Discount only applies to documents that are allow sub-service by law.

Witness Subpoenas: We will advance witness fees for our online and established accounts.  This ensures there is no delay in getting your witness subpoenas served.  Upon completion of the service, you will received a copy of the check with your affidavit of service.

Hourly Stake Out/Stand-By: We offer reasonably priced stake out and stand by services upon your request.  These items are only used as a last resort, and we will get your authorization before proceeding.

Bad Addresses: If we find that the address supplied is in-correct, we will run a general skip trace in an attempt to locate a new address for the defendant/witness.  We will notify you of our findings via your online account and will not proceed on the new information without your approval.

Once service is completed, you will receive a notarized affidavit of service or non-service.  This affidavit will be notarized, uploaded to your online account and the original mailed within 24 hours of completion.
