These additional fees and services are only provided upon written approval from you or your firm.

Additional Defendant/Witness: Additional defendants at the same address that can be sub-served at the same time of the original service are charged at $25.00 per additional defendant/witness.

Printing Fee: On all cases received via client upload, fax, or email that are more than 25 pages, will be charged $3.00 per each additional 25 pages to cover the costs associated with printing these cases.

Same Day Rush Fee: Add $50.00 to the rush fee located on the free quote page to get your total cost for same day rush service.

Advanced Witness Fee: We will advance witness fees to your witnesses to expedite your service.  The fee for this service is the actual witness fee, plus an additional $10.00.  We will supply you with a copy of the check upon completion of service. 

Out of County Service: We can dispatch servers anywhere in the State of Colorado out of our Denver office.  The fee for this service is $65.00 plus .50 per mile round trip to and from the location. (This fee is per attempt), and mileage is calculated from our Denver office. Please call our office directly on these types of services, and we will go over multiple options with you, and or recommend another professional server to handle the case for you.  These fees only apply to cases that are not in, Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, Jefferson, Larimer and Weld Counties.

Court Filings/Record Research: We provide this service in all of our counties of coverage at $100.00 which covers the fee for the service, and the first hour we are at the location. Each additional hour will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per hour.  You will be responsible for all costs that are incurred at the courthouse/location.  We will provide a detailed receipt from the courthouse in addition to our invoice.  You may email or fax these assignments directly to our office at administration@coloradocourtservices.com or fax to 303-834-1120.  These assignments are provided on a standard basis, and are completed within 5 days of receipt. If you need a rush or same day rush on this assignment, please add $50.00 for a 72 hour rush, and 100.00 for a same day rush.

Courier Service Fee: All assignments are completed same day, and are charged at a rate of $50.00 and .50 per mile round-trip to the location from your office.  You can submit these assignments by email or fax.  If there is less than 2 hours to complete this assignment, please call our office to ensure we are able to dispatch someone. 

Case Pick-Up:  We can pick-up your case at your office or business.  There is a $25.00 charge to have your case picked up in any of our counties of coverage. 

Video of Service: We have top notch technology to obtain video and audio of the service taking place, this fee is in addition to the actual charge of the service.  Add $150.00 to the actual service fee for this service.  Video and Audio are emailed to you on the day of completion.  If the file is too large, we can file transfer the file to you via our secure online chat.  This video is obtained with covert, body-worn cameras and DVR.

Standard Skiptrace: We will run a standard skiptrace through multiple private systems to locate your defendant.  These are not cheap seaches that anyone can do online, that are rarely accurate. These are systems that are provided soley to law enforcement, private investigators, and licensed and insured court service companies. We can locate 75% or more individuals through this skiptrace.  The fee for this service is $50.00.  Results can vary on each individual and we can not guarantee that the individual can be located, there are too many variables on each individual. 

Comprehensive Skiptrace: This search involves the standard skip trace and postal verifications being obtained on all of the addresses found on the individual.  The searches can take anywhere from 3 days to 14 days to get confirmation from the postal service.  This service is $100.00.  Results can vary on each individual, and we can not guarantee that the individual can be located within this search, there are too many variables on each defendant.

Investigations/Stake-Outs/Process Serving Traps & Tricks: We charge a fee of $50.00 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours on these assignments.  There are no additional fees for these assignments in our primary counties of coverage.  You can get a full 14 hours for $500.00 if the fee is prepaid in advance. We must have written approval for these assignments from a person in charge, before we will proceed.  For all stakeouts, we provide a photo taken every 15 minutes that is time stamped to show that we are at that location at that time.  Video is provided of the service when we are dealing with evasive defendants. We also provide a detailed written report of all everything that changes while on these assignments.
