Case Handling
We do request that everyone signs up for a complimentary member account before submitting cases to us. Even if you are only using our services 1 time, this account will enable you to:
* Receive instant status on your case via your member account and email. * Pre-Pay your case via: Visa, Master Card, American Express or Electronic Check. * Order a skiptrace on a defendant or witness. * Obtain a copy of your notarized Affidavit of Service/Non-Service before the original is mailed. * Print a copy of your invoice the day the service has been completed. * Law Firms can pay their outstanding net 15 invoices, via their online account. There is no charge to you for using this service.
Here are the ways we can accept cases from you.
1) Upload the case to us via your online account. 2) Email your documents to process@coloradocourtservices.com 3) Fax your documents to us at (303) 834-1120. 4) Mail your documents to our mailing address of 9956 W. Remington PL A10 Ste 314 Littleton, CO 80128. (There is always someone available to sign for packages during standard delivery hours.) 5) Drop off the case in a sealed envelope along with a prepaid check at our Denver office 3773 Cherry Creek North Drive Suite 575 Denver, CO 80209. 6) For a nominal fee, we will come to you to pick up your documents. You may view our additional services/fees page for the fee for this service.
Once we receive your case, and you have already signed up for an online account, your case will then be entered into our tracking system within 24 hours. On rush cases, your case in entered into our system within 2 hours. If you go to the status page in your member account before this time, and you have never sent us cases previously, you will receive a "Invalid user-name and or password message", this is normal, and there is no reason for concern. This message will go away once we have entered your initial case into our system. All cases received are time and date stamped at the time of receipt to ensure we handle your case the way we have specified.

If we do not handle your case within our terms listed on our services pages, YOU DO NOT PAY FOR THE SERVICE, we will complete your case immediatly, and issue you a full refund. We have refined our services to ensure we can provide the exact service you have requested.
If you find that you need any changes made to your service after we have received it, you must request these changes in writing via email to administration@coloradocourtservices.com . We WILL NOT change your service request or proceed with additional services unless you have emailed us authorization to do so. There are many people working in some law firms, and we are not going to get caught in a verbal "he said she said" between different staff at a firm.
Once a case has been assigned to us for service, and it is entered into our system, there will be no refunds on the service. Be sure that you want to sue the individual or business before sending the case to us.
