Colorado Court Services, LLC. was founded by Scott A. VanOchten, the founder of Michigan Priority Servers, LLC. and Great Lakes Court Services, Inc.; of whom during operation, were the second and third largest process serving firms in the State of Michigan, respectively. The former Michigan District Court Officer has more than a decade of experience in legal collections, process serving, property seizures, and business management.
Both of his companies were built on foundations of integrity, dilligence, service and excellence. In a state with some of the strictest statutes regarding service of process, Michigan Priority and GLCS, Inc. both were shining examples of diligence, reliability, and professionalism. The companie's policies and procedures were revered by attorneys and courts alike.
Colorado Court Services, LLC. may be one of the newer process serving firms in the state, however, it does not come without years of experience.
Scott became knowledgeable of collections law, and it's procedures as the legal collections manager of a multi-million dollar company. Being the representative of the company in the smalls claims forum, and the advocate to the attorneys who also represented the company, Scott fully understands the attorney's point of view in every collection case.
As a process server, Scott was efficient and has never to this day had a serve disputed in any court. Scott has served thousands of cases himself in a personal service setting. Scott has also trained over a hundred process servers to serve with the same values and standards increasing the value of the private process server.
As a Michigan District Court Officer, Scott negotiated with debtors and seized property to satisfy judgments. Scott handles each case with such care and consideration; he heeded compliments not only from clients and judges, but the debtors as well. Scott collected hundred of thousands of dollars from debtors that had previously been deemed "uncollectable."
As the founder of Michigan Priority Servers, LLC. and Great Lakes Court Services, Inc. the second and third largest process serving firms, respectively, while in operation, Scott erected companies unlike any other. Just as the staples of Colorado Court Services, LLC., he erected his firms on a basis of integrity, diligence, service, and excellence. He subjected all of his process servers through a rigourous training program to ensure no matter which server handled the documents, there was consistency and reliability across the board.
